After 45 minutes of waiting I expected frankly better ... the warm food almost cold 🤦‍♀️ very very disappointed. I do not believe to return to this place !!!

Excellent service good food and roomy

I tried the order online and I went to the restaurant at the time indicated but it was not ready. A small delay of 10 minutes but it does not matter, he did not have any errors. Besides, it remains a Normandin ... Excellent at all times.

Very poor quality of the meals served.Very long wait. One wonders why since the products are not fresh.Ecology question, the industrial vinaigrette is served in a small plastic pot. Not terrible in our day when pollution is omnipresent.

The 3 stars are for the service.Normandin is doing a heated frozen meal service. Spaghetti sauce that tastes the freezer, soup that tastes soup cane. I even had to listen to my Italian poutine because there was water in the bottom. The fries are soft and not cooked enough. The fries (croquettes and French onions) are correct. We miss the quality of the past years.

Initially no one seemed available to greet us even though the sign clearly stayed that we should wait to be assigned a table. The server was busy with other tasks...🤔The food was fine as usual for this type and level of restaurant ( fast casual/mid range).

Great service, gluten free options are limited but if you do specify it they will be able to help you. They do use the same toaster so you might need those bread bags that goes in the toaster in order to eliminate the cross contamination for your GF bread.. I am celiac, my mother is vegetarian because she has an intolerance to meat protein and my sister has Crohn's disease and we all had something to eat without any reactions !💁🏻‍♀️ I only had a fruit bol with a smoothie, they cleaned everything before and made sure that there was any cross contamination ! Thanks for the wonderful service !!

Service is usually good.. Altough our last visit got a bit complicated.. We ordered a smoothie and got our food but never got the smoothie even 30min later.. We asked them to cancel it cause we were almost done eating.. We were 9 and at least 5 of us were dying of thirst cause the server never came back with water.. They forgot to put the onions in my veggie burger and it was the 2nd time this happens.. Speaking of the burger there was uncooked rice in it I stopped eating it cause I was scared Id break a tooth..Its usually better than that but I wasnt impressed the last time I visited that restaurant..

Amazing food, friendly staff!

The portions are generous sized and they make sure to give time in between each course so it's definitely a good 2.5-3 hr affair. The service strikes the right balance of attentive and also providing privacy and peace to enjoy the dinner. The flavors are excellent and the quality of the food is high. The price is also fairly reasonable for the quantity of food and quality

Excellent pizza, succulent fries with superb courteous service.Family dinner last night on December 27, 2017. The interior decor is very good and we were comfortably seated on a bench by the window. Our waitress Catherine-Audrey served us very well. We had a large pizza, half vegetarian and half fully stocked at $ 26.05 and a basket of fries at $ 6.50. We had plenty of fries for the three of us and even too many. I think the all-dressed pizza was $ 22.00 but we paid the price of a vegetarian. This is the price to pay for our little whims! We were served quickly. I must say that my wife was less excited than me and our son for the pizza. Our waitress brought us a large jug of ice water which was greatly appreciated. Total of $ 37.43 with taxes and we left $ 5.00 tip. We will add photos with our review.We recommend this restaurant.Notice written on December 28, 2017 in Granby, Quebec, Canada.

I went for lunch a diamnche, this place is popular, you will wait a little but its worth it. Eat benedict egg with smoke meat, very good. Janie was the waitress, she was smiling and attentive, very good service. I recommend you.

Excellent service, fast, courteous, and a full glass of water. Good value for money for the classic burger ($ 8.95 with fries and salad). Only restaurant open after 10 p.m. on rue Principale (thank you!). Poutine sauce could have been warmer, but it was late, it must be better in the hours of heavy traffic. Offer of take-away holiday buffets at an excellent price and prepared meals at attractive prices too.

Good price and it taste good especially their spaghetti sauce. It is more a family restaurant so don't expect upscale food but it is good and the price is reasonable.

Rate ptis dishes already made and delivery or in restaurants elsewhere ... I give 50/10 just for all their service and the delivery people so friendly and kind .. it's fast delicious and the menus / prices ect just wow. Thanks Normandin

Restaurant was empty but it took 1h15 to get our appetizers for a group of 8 and my pizza tasted like soap.
